Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note:
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 3-4 business days

US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands): Add 3-7 additional business days. Some shipping methods may not be available.

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. During checkout, you'll be able to see if we ship to your location. If your country is not listed, we're unable to ship there at this time.

International shipping costs are calculated based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. Final costs will be displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Please note:
- Customs policies vary by country - check with your local customs office for specific information
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable, even if you return your order
- Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned to us, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs

International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, local carrier handling, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Direct link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
How to Track Your Order
- Check your email for the shipping confirmation (check spam/junk folders if not in inbox)
- Click the tracking link in the email, or
- Visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number
- You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website
Tracking Updates
Tracking information typically updates within 24-48 hours after your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, please contact us at info@veauxcozier.com.
Shipping Restrictions
PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes using USPS Standard Shipping only. Expedited and Express options are not available for PO Box addresses.
APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: We ship to military addresses using USPS. Delivery times typically range from 10-21 business days. Expedited shipping is not available.
Items We Cannot Ship
Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ship certain items to specific locations. Any restrictions will be noted on the product page. If you have questions about shipping restrictions, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- Look around your delivery location (porches, garages, side doors)
- Wait 24 hours - sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before actual delivery
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
- If still not located, contact us at info@veauxcozier.com within 7 days of the delivery date
We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. In cases of confirmed lost packages, we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
- Contact us immediately at info@veauxcozier.com
- Include your order number and photos in your email
- Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved
We'll arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to update your address:

- If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update the address at no charge
- If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address
- Address correction fees charged by carriers will be passed on to the customer
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing (international orders)
- High volume periods (holidays, sales events)
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment. There's no additional shipping charge for split shipments.
Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
During peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.), please allow additional processing and delivery time:
- Processing time may extend to 3-4 business days
- Carrier delivery times may be longer than usual
- We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery
- Specific holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website
Signature Requirements
For security purposes, orders over $500 require an adult signature upon delivery. Someone 18 years or older must be present to sign for the package. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.
Shipping Insurance
All orders are automatically insured against loss or damage during transit at no additional cost to you. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we'll work with the carrier to file a claim and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
Gift Orders
Sending a gift? We've got you covered:
- Prices are not included on packing slips for gift orders
- You can add a gift message during checkout
- Gift orders can be shipped directly to the recipient
- Gift receipts are available upon request
