At Veaux Cozier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. This policy outlines our return and refund procedures to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. Returns initiated after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and Unused: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition
- Original Packaging: All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact and attached
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt
- Original Condition: Items must be free from damage, stains, odors, or alterations
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for refund and may be returned to you at your expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Gift cards or store credit
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
How to Initiate a Return
Starting a return is easy. Follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Contact Us

- Your order number
- Email address used for the purchase
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions. Please do not ship items back without an RA number, as we may not be able to process your return.
Step 3: Package Your Return
Carefully package your item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include:
- All original tags and labels attached to the items
- Your RA number clearly written on the outside of the package
- A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip (if available)
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Ship your return to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Standard Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Returns Due to Our Error
If we made a mistake with your order, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. This includes:
- Wrong item shipped
- Defective or damaged items
- Missing items from your order
Refund Processing
Inspection Timeline
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your return has been received and inspected.
Refund Approval
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other Payment Methods: Up to 10 business days
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned but show signs of use or minor damage. We'll contact you before processing a partial refund to discuss your options.
Refund Exclusions
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges

Exchange Availability

For exchanges, you're responsible for return shipping costs. We'll ship your exchange item to you at no additional charge using standard shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting Issues
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@veauxcozier.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
- Description of the issue
Resolution Options
For damaged or defective items, we'll offer one of the following solutions:
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Replacement item shipped at no cost
- Store credit for the full purchase amount
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us at info@veauxcozier.com within 7 days of delivery, and we'll:
- Provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Ship the correct item immediately (if in stock)
- Issue a full refund if you prefer not to receive the correct item
International Returns
Return Process
International customers may return items following the same process as domestic returns. However, please note:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance
- Returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance
- Customs duties and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable
Customs and Duties
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return shipment are the customer's responsibility. We cannot refund or reimburse these charges.
Gift Returns
Items purchased as gifts can be returned for store credit or exchange. To return a gift:
- Contact us with the order number (if available) or gift receipt
- Follow the standard return process
- Store credit will be issued in the amount of the item's purchase price
Gift returns cannot be refunded to the original purchaser's payment method for privacy reasons.
Store Credit
Store credit is issued as a digital code that can be applied to future purchases on our website. Store credit:
- Never expires
- Can be combined with other promotions and discounts
- Is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Will be emailed to you within 3-5 business days of return approval
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company or bank - processing times may vary

Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns that meet our eligibility requirements.
