Order Cancellation Policy

At Veaux Cozier, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines when and how you can cancel your order, as well as our refund procedures for cancellations.
Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Due to our efficient order processing system, we begin preparing orders for shipment immediately after they're placed.
How to Cancel Your Order
Within 2 Hours of Order Placement
If you need to cancel your order within the 2-hour window:
- Contact us immediately at info@veauxcozier.com or call [Phone number to be provided]
- Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase
- Clearly state that you wish to cancel your order
We'll confirm whether your order can be cancelled. If successful, you'll receive a cancellation confirmation email and a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Self-Service Cancellation
If you have an account with us, you may be able to cancel your order directly:
- Log into your account at veauxcozier.com
- Go to "My Orders"
- Find the order you wish to cancel
- Click "Cancel Order" if the option is available
Note: The "Cancel Order" button is only available if your order hasn't been processed for shipment yet.
After the Cancellation Window
Orders Already Processed
Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment (typically within 1-2 hours of order placement), it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you have two options:
- Refuse Delivery: When the package arrives, refuse to accept it. The carrier will return it to us, and we'll process a full refund once we receive it back. Please note that this may take 2-3 weeks.
- Return After Delivery: Accept the package and initiate a return following our Refund & Return Policy. You'll have 30 days from delivery to return the item(s).
Orders Already Shipped
Once your order has shipped and you've received a tracking number, it cannot be cancelled. You must wait to receive the package and then follow our return process if you no longer want the item(s).
Modifying Your Order
Changing Order Details
If you need to modify your order (change size, color, quantity, shipping address, etc.), please contact us immediately at info@veauxcozier.com.
We can modify orders only if:
- The order has not been processed for shipment
- The requested item is in stock
- The modification is requested within 2 hours of order placement
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address:
- Before shipment: Contact us immediately. We'll update the address at no charge if the order hasn't shipped.
- After shipment: Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. Address correction fees charged by the carrier will be your responsibility.
Cancellation Refunds
Refund Processing Time
When your cancellation is approved, refunds are processed as follows:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other Payment Methods: Up to 10 business days
The exact timing depends on your financial institution's processing time.
Full Refund
Successfully cancelled orders receive a full refund, including:
- Full product price
- Shipping costs (if paid)
- Taxes and fees
Special Order Cancellations
Personalized or Custom Items
Orders for personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. These items are typically processed within 1 hour of order placement.
Custom items include:
- Personalized products with custom text or monograms
- Made-to-order items
- Custom-sized products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase of custom items.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items can be cancelled at any time before they ship. Once a pre-order item ships, standard cancellation rules apply (it cannot be cancelled, but can be returned after delivery).
Partial Order Cancellations
Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains multiple items and you wish to cancel only some of them:
- Contact us within 2 hours of order placement
- Specify which items you want to cancel
- We'll process a partial refund for the cancelled items
- Remaining items will ship as normal
Note: If cancelling items brings your order total below the free shipping threshold ($150), shipping charges may apply to the remaining items.
Automatic Cancellations
Payment Issues
Orders may be automatically cancelled if:
- Payment authorization fails
- Credit card is declined
- Billing address cannot be verified
- Suspected fraudulent activity
You'll receive an email notification if your order is cancelled for payment reasons. You're welcome to place a new order with updated payment information.
Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order becomes out of stock after you place your order, we'll:
- Contact you via email to inform you of the situation
- Offer these options:
- Wait for the item to be restocked (if available soon)
- Choose a substitute item of equal or lesser value
- Cancel that item and receive a partial refund
- Process your preferred option within 1-2 business days
Guest Order Cancellations
If you placed an order as a guest (without creating an account):
- Email info@veauxcozier.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase
- We'll verify your identity and process the cancellation if within the allowed timeframe
- You'll receive a cancellation confirmation email
Subscription Cancellations
If we offer subscription services in the future, cancellation terms will be outlined in the subscription agreement and can be managed through your account settings.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:
- Pricing errors or incorrect product information
- Product unavailability
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Inability to verify payment or shipping information
- Orders that exceed purchase limits
If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund and an email explanation of the cancellation reason.
Pricing Errors
In the rare event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders even after order confirmation. We'll notify you immediately and offer these options:
- Purchase the item at the correct price
- Receive a full refund
International Order Cancellations
International orders follow the same cancellation policy as domestic orders. However, please note:
- Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of order placement
- If the order has already shipped and you refuse delivery, return shipping costs and any customs fees are non-refundable
- Refunds may take longer to process for international orders (up to 14 business days)
Cancellation Confirmation
When your cancellation is successfully processed, you'll receive:
- Cancellation confirmation email
- Refund confirmation with expected processing time
- Order status update in your account (if applicable)

Unable to Cancel?
If your order cannot be cancelled because it's already been processed or shipped, don't worry! You can still return the item(s) after delivery following our Refund & Return Policy. You'll have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a full refund.
